Al’s & Company was always a dream. Allie knew at a young age that she wanted to own a salon, and at 27 — with a six-year-old, a baby, and the unwavering support of her husband, Daniel — that dream became a reality.

From the start, Al’s wasn’t built alone. It took heart, hard work, and a true team effort. Our early staff poured love and detail into helping shape the salon, and we’re forever grateful for the role they played in creating the space we are today.
