With 16 years of experience, Lindsey has been a driving force at Al’s & Company since the beginning. She specializes in bold, creative color and custom tape-in extensions, loving every opportunity to transform hair in unexpected and stunning ways.
Outside the salon, Lindsey is all about outdoor adventures, healthy cooking, plants, and family life with her boyfriend, two boys, boxer Russell, and cat Beef Cakes. A true powerhouse of creativity, style, and passion, Lindsey brings energy and artistry to every client she works with.

Nicole Kromer- AP Master Colorist, Senior Stylist & Extensions & Men's Cut Expert

With 17 years of experience and nearly 3 at Al’s & Company, Nicole specializes in women’s color, extensions, men’s cuts, and perms. Known for her warmth, calm confidence, and humor, she loves giving big, beautiful blowouts and helping clients feel their best. Outside the salon, Nicole enjoys family life with her husband and two boys, fishing, sourdough baking, and time at the cabin.

Macy Helgeson-AP Master Colorist, Senior Stylist & Balayage Expert

With nearly 11 years of experience and 6 at Al’s & Company, Macy specializes in blonding, balayage, and weft extensions. She loves creating seamless, sun-kissed hair while building meaningful client relationships. Outside the salon, Macy enjoys family life with her husband, two kids, and pets, plus golfing, fishing, and soaking up simple joys. Foiling is her favorite service—it’s calming, satisfying, and always a little magical.

Isabella Moen- Color & Cut Specialist & Lash Artist

Since joining Al’s & Company in July 2024, Isabella has brought creativity, warmth, and talent to the salon. With nearly 3 years in the industry, she specializes in women’s color and cuts, known for gorgeous lived-in blondes and dimensional tones. Outside the salon, Isabella enjoys lake days, hammocking, kayaking, rooftop patios, and time with her boyfriend and friends. Her passion? Helping clients feel like the best version of themselves.

Allie Orr-Owner, AP Master Colorist & Senior Stylist

Allie has been a stylist for 17 years and opened Al’s & Company almost 8 years ago. She specializes in women’s color and cuts, men’s haircuts, and building genuine connections with her clients. Outside the salon, she enjoys life with her husband, two kids, and doodles, spending time up north, paddleboarding, and soaking up family and friends. Allie leads her team with heart, humor, and creativity every day.
